Shipping Policy

We aim to provide a clear and reliable shipping experience for all lejbelle orders.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate of €3 / 30 SEK per order, regardless of order size.

Dispatch Time

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days for in-stock items. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Production Time (Made-to-Order Items)

Some items are produced in small batches or may be temporarily out of stock. In these cases, the production and delivery time is typically 4–6 weeks.

Your order is reserved and shipped as soon as it is ready. You will always receive tracking information once dispatched.

If your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order items, it will be shipped once all items are ready.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged using FSC®-certified materials designed specifically for jewellery and silk accessories, to minimise movement and reduce the risk of damage during transport.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors outside our control.
