At lejbelle, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at info@lejbelle.com with your order number. You then have a further 14 days from the date of notification to return the item(s) to us.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund — including the original standard delivery cost — will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
Please note: if you chose a non-standard delivery method (e.g. express shipping), only the cost of standard delivery will be refunded.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging

Non-Returnable Items
Made-to-order and personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or do not match the description. This is an exception permitted under EU consumer law.
