We offer a flat shipping rate of:
€3 / 30 SEK per order
All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days for in-stock items.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping carrier.
Production Time (Pre-order Items)
Some items may be temporarily out of stock or produced in small batches. In these cases, the production and delivery time is typically 4–6 weeks.
These pieces are crafted with care to ensure quality and attention to detail. Your order is reserved and shipped as soon as it is ready.
You will always receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
If your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order items, it will be shipped once all items are ready.
Secure Packaging & Dispatch
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. We use protective materials designed specifically for jewellery and silk accessories to minimise movement and reduce the risk of damage during transport.
Returns Policy
We accept returns in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging
- Sent back within 14 days of receiving your order
Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Important Information
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
